Approved applications need the $500 holding deposit paid no longer than 5 business days after approval. Upon move in, a full month’s rent (or special rate) and any remaining deposit is required. The 2nd month’s rent will then be prorated as needed.

Residents are financially responsible for all utilities. Water, sewer and trash services are on a combined billing system, and averages about $70/month for two occupants in a 2-bedroom unit. This bill (from UB West) is set up by our management team for you, and is paid by you in addition to your rent to Villa Sienna. PG&E, Brighthouse/Spectrum, DirecTV, and other such account set up/transfers are the sole responsibility of the resident.
